Body-history resilience
The exchange with the moment, Resilience of the Body-history, proposes to bring to the female black body a rescue to the consequences of the suffered violence, treated individually with flow, provocations and collective tensions. The forms of violence that this body is subjected to repeatedly and constantly brings consequences to our physical (bone), moral, aesthetic, social, sexual constitution and conflicts related to self-esteem. All these sequels are summed up in the structure-composition body, which without another alternative it is overloaded and worn out.
The workshop takes place through sensitizations stimulated by the memories of black women who were part of the female cry. Through the practice of listening (sorority), the pleasure of not having your body violated or subjugated (empowerment) and the stimulation of looking at your own body without judgment or influence of observation (acceptance). The confrontation with these memories, the understanding of the structure we were placed in and how to resist healthy to this dominant patriarchal imposition, will be the guiding thread for understanding our body.
